Quality policies

The Emilio Campuzano Vocational Education and Training School –specialised in VET courses such as Vehicle Maintenance, Electricity, Electronics, Construction and Civil Works, Graphic Arts and Mechanical Manufacturing, as well as in non-formal training– has adopted the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model. The school has set quality, respect for the environment and occupational health and safety as the cornerstone of its activity.

For this reason, an Integrated Management System has been developed in compliance with the UNE-EN-ISO 14001: 2015, UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 45001: 2018 Standards, based on the following guidelines:
  • Delivering a job well done and continuously improving in our activity, the services we provide, the work procedures and the management system itself, with the goal of supporting our strategic direction and in compliance with the school mission.
  • Establishing the staff’s physical, social and mental well-being as a right that must be protected by all the workers of the organisation.
  • Complying with current laws and regulations applicable to our activity, job safety and the environment, as well as with any other commitments made.
  • Providing students, the staff and special interest groups with a valuable experience; listening to them and trying to meet their expectations.
  • Preventing pollution and thus reducing the adverse effects on the environment our activity may cause, placing great emphasis on waste reduction and responsible consumption.
  • Reaching proper control and safety levels that prevent undesired incidents, including adverse environmental impacts and damage to workers' and interest groups' health.
  • Encouraging a safe and sustainable behaviour, providing staff and students with all the information and resources necessary to ensure coexistence, respect for the environment and general satisfaction.
  • Continuously improving the process management framework through proper development, review and planning, aligning the school’s processes and projects with its mission, vision and strategies, and trying to act in accordance to our institutional values.
These guidelines affect the entire organization; integrating and promoting a participatory and active environment in the improvement of management, and in the achievement of institutional objectives.
