Our department works side by side with top construction companies and use leading-edge technology in our courses: AUTOCAD, REVIT, PRESTO, CYPECAD MEP, BIM, LIDER-CALENER, etc.
We have signed agreements with several construction companies, and frequently visit building sites (social housing projects, the new ferry terminal of Bilbao, Bio-Cruces…), entities and organizations promoting house restoration (Ingurubide) and architectural accessibility (FEEKOR), quality control laboratories and many other venues.
On the other hand, our teachers and students have joined a variety of innovation projects such as Passivhaus, Smart Green Buildings – Tinny House, etc. Students have the chance to train abroad (Germany, United Kingdom, Italy) under the Erasmus+ programme. We have a job placement office for current and past students.
